18+ Haunted House Waiver

Ready for a more intense haunted house experience? Our 18+ Nights Haunted House takes fear to the next level with heart-pounding interactions. In this special edition of our Halloween show, actors are allowed to touch, grab, and engage you in ways that make the experience even more immersive and thrilling.

Our actors WILL touch, grab, squeeze, and engage you in more intense interactions. The actors will use strong language, chase, or verbally engage with foul or suggestive language, including sexual innuendos They may also mark or apply substances to your skin (which could unintentionally transfer to your clothing), prompt you to engage in specific actions like singing, instrument playing, or repeating certain words. Must be 18 to attend and present a valid driver’s license or state ID.
